The Meadowlands Association is a 36 unit condominium development started in 1985 by Woodmaster, Inc. There are nine buildings, each consisting of four units, The Meadowlands Association is part of the Meadowview Knolls Association, which maintains and governs the Meadowview Knolls community, which is comprised of 141 single family homes and condominiums and oversees the care of the Pool, Clubhouse and the common land of the Meadowview Knolls association.
Meadowlands dues as of January 1, 2026 are $440 per month. There are no anticipated assessments at this time.
